At DV8 Offroad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
